Abstract:The practice of field management for 500 kV Doushan Substation retrofit is presented.Based on the characteristics of alternate retrofit of the substation which is still operating during its retrofit,the organization measures are proposed,which realize all-round management in the aspects of safety,quality,and schedule to ensure the project to stay in a controllable station.
