Abstract:An interface based on USB is designed for Data Acquirement System with DSP chips. Cypress EZ-USB technology and FPGA technology were used in this interface. Abstract:Earlier serial port and Ethernet interface conversion is realized by pure hardware.It has features of high data transmission speed,but function single as well as poor flexibility.Due to these disadvantages,interface conversion system based on ARM9 is proposed.MOXA UC-7101 is utilized as hardware.Application program is developed under μCLinux embedded OS.System communication follows modbus protocols.When net is connected,SD card data can be retrieved correctly according to net instruction,and data between monitor center and lower RTU can be transferred correctly and timely.System test results show that MOXA begins to poll RTU and response data is stored into SD card while net is shut off.

Abstract:With the expansion of USB application,it is very important that to achieve the two-way data communication between USB and the standard industrial interface-RS232.At the same time to facilitate the oscilloscope measurement application of a specific occasion,this paper designed USB-RS232 conversion module based on the digital oscilloscope.In this paper,using ADSP-BF531 as the main controller and CH374S as the USB controller chip to build the hardware design,and designing the software through USB-RS232 converter to achieve a serial communication between the digital oscilloscope and the PC.Using USB interface of digital oscilloscope and the RS232 interface of PC to communicate test,the experiment result shows that is the stable and reliable communication.The method can be referenced when developing the communication between the digital oscilloscope and other RS232 interface devices.

Abstract:A speed regulator control system is introduced, which is composed of industrial PC, Siemens DC speed regulator, AC inverters and other devices. The serial communication between PC and multiple DC speed regulators or inverters is realized using USS protocol based on RS-485/232 interface. Its advantage is that the speed regulation on network is accomplished without the additional Siemens system auxiliaries. A scheme of controlling and monitoring motors with low-cost and high-performance is thus provided.

Abstract:The design of a CAN bus commutator base on USB was put forward.The paper mainly discussed the use of PDIUSBD12,CAN Bus interface chip SJA1000 and the interface circuit with AVR,and the method that singlechip com- municated with PC by USB was also included.The hardware structure,design of the software programe and the notices were explained in details.This design can make protocol by itself and have the ability of amortizing data.The result indi- cates that the design is feasible.

Abstract:The serial port is normally used in the communication between PC and industrial control system.Due to the high performances of USB(Universal Serial Bus),a data acquisition system based on USB is designed.It consists of enhanced P89C61X2(single-chip computer),SJA1000(CAN controller) and ISP1581(USB2.0 interface chip).The industrial control system is based on FCS of CAN bus.The design and implementation of communication between PC and industrial control system through USB is expounded.The results show that it is practical to real-timely acquire and process the data and information from CAN through UBS communication.

Abstract:In order to form the comprehensive automatic system with the interconnection of underground equipments and monitoring systems based on three protocols of ModBus,CAN bus and Ethernet,the paper designsan embedded multi-protocol converter.Its hardware uses 32bit microcontroller-LPC2292 and the software applies μC/OS-Ⅱ embedded real-time control system.So,it could simultaneously realize the interconversion of three protocols,including ModBus,CAN bus and TCP/IP,and carry out the interconversion and the real-time transparent transmission for data of underground equipments and monitoring systems based on these protocols.

Abstract:As a kind of excellent field bus, CAN bus is widely used in automotive electronic control system and other control system. This paper briefly introduces the design of the CAN Bus data transfer based on USB 2.0 interface. It use the chip CY7C68013, CAN BUS interface chip SJA1000 and PCA82C250. The system uses EZ-USB FX2 chip to form the data pipeline between CAN FieldBus and USB interface. The interface conforms to the USB2.0 protocol. EZ-USB FX2 chip works in the GPIF(general programmable interface) mode. This paper also introduce the design about the firmware and the driver program. In this data transfer system, the hardware design is easy, the reliability is high and real time is good.

Abstract:Objective: In the wireless health monitoring system,when the number of wireless nodes and the amounts of physiological information collected are very large,the general RS232 interface can not meet the need of real time transmission of the data between the coordinator and the host computer.USB interface can compensate the shortcomings of ordinary serial port well.Methods: In this paper,we gather physiological signals with the technology of ZigBee wireless networking.Using the chip EZ-USB FX2 as the USB interface chip,we build a data pipeline between the chip CC2430 and PC.It can achieve a specific function through writing firmware and setting firmware registers.The MCU can control the input and output of the interface chip by programming.The chip EZ-USB FX2 works in the mode of Slave FIFO,so the MCU accessing the endpoints of FX2 is similar to accessing external memory FIFO.The PC applications can control the data transmission through sending the corresponding command to the outside sampling device with the USB interface.Results: Setting the sampling time interval can control the sampling rate.After setting the sampling time interval,we can click the button Get Samterval and pass down the packet of sampling time interval to the external host controller CC2430.The controller CC2430 processes the data packets and sets the timer and the counter appropriately.After clicking the button of SendDisplay,we can see the displaying data uploaded.Conclusions: The system can detect a number of physiological signals.In addition,its real-time,mobility and flexibility are very good and there is a great advantage comparing with others.
