Abstract:For the purpose of improving production time and heightenning rivet quality,decreasing energy consumption and maintaining expenses of equipment,we analyse and study the production process of HPS,and then decide to take advantage of air-hydraulic intensifying jar instead of the original cylinder to improve the technology of the rivet facilities.The original hydraulic control system is replaced by peumatic control system.We reach the preset goals after the alternation.
