Abstract:In order to simplify the process of filter design and adjust the parameters easily,a novel method based on MATLAB was put forward.The basic principle of digital filter and detail procedures were introduced and then simulation of sinusoidal signal was done.The results show that the designed filter is able to reject the noisy signal well and improve the signal-to-noise ratio.The whole process is simple and the parameters of filter are easily to adjust,so it is suitable for engineering.

Abstract:Traditionally,we use theoretical formula to obtain some correlative parameter when designing a digital filter.But,in this way,it can′t bring any visual cognition to the actual result of the filter.So it is impossible that optimizing the parameter according to the actual result.In order to solve this question,the paper presents a design method for FIR digital filter based on MATLAB and QuartusⅡ.And through this example it gives the design flow.The result of the software and hardware simulation is analyzed by using of MATLAB and QuartusⅡ.It can easily check up the results and advance the efficiency of the design.

Abstract:In order to deal with the time domain harmonic detection algorithm of active power filter(APF),a high performance digital low pass filter(HPLPF) was presented,which can satisfy the requirements of dynamic response and filtering accuracy simultaneously.Infinite impulse response filter(IIR) and moving average filter(MA) were analyzed and compared.Then the HPLPF was introduced by cascaded MA filter and Butterworth filter optimally.The proposed high performance filter can fully use Butterworth filter to achieve more precise filtering results and improve dynamic response by using MA filter with its narrow transition zone and fast dynamic response.Simulation results show that the proposed HPLPF meets the demand of time domain harmonic detection algorithm better under the complex harmonic currents situation with inter-harmonics currents.

Abstract:FIR filter is widely used in the fields of signal processing with high fidelity. In the design of FIR filter the traditional algorithm such as serial DA algorithm, parallel DA algorithm and combined series and parallel DA algorithm are all not so suitable, which has lots of shortcomings. In this design, we improve the DA algorithm and uses the 4-BAAT method which optimizes the structure of LUT(look-up table) to realize the FIR filter. The process of FIR simple tap coefficients is achieved by the operation of shifting and reversing of symbol bit, which can pick up the speed and save the logic resources. This design adopts the Verilog HDL language, using FDA Tool to determine and quantify the coefficients with the given filter parameters. Then it uses Quartus 118.0 to integrate and wire, and Modelsim to simulate and verify. Compared with the filter achieved by standard DA algorithm, this filter reduces complexity, saves logic resources and picks up the speed besides it has the advantages of good reconfiguration, simple hardware structure and high real-time.

Abstract:Digital filter is a important technology of signal processing. This paper introduces the basic theory of digital filter and gives a new method of realization of FIR filter based on TMS320LF2407A fixed-point DSP. This method according to the characteristics of ADC inside the processor, make use of its abundant instruction and vivid programmer to realize. This paper introduce the general frame and the concrete step of realization. By means of calculating of the practicality, it proves that this method aims the design purpose with satisfaction. Practices prove that this method is more fit for the engineering applications for its simple calculation process and high simulation precision.

Abstract:We present an Rx filter based on thin film bulk acoustic resonator (FBAR) technology for the wide-band code division multiple access (WCDMA) direct-conversion front-end applications. The filter, which consists of two lattice sections and one ladder section, provides deep rejection at stop-band, particularly at transmitter band (1920-1980 MHz), and steep roll-off at pass-band edges. The typical broadband rejection is better than 60 dB. The simulated result is compared with the up-to-date SAW filter, and demonstrates the excellent characteristics of the new FBAR filter. The small size, low in-band insertion loss, sharp roll-off, high stop-band rejection, good temperature stability, and compatibility with semiconductor processing make this FBAR filter an ideal choice for WCDMA Rx filter applications

Abstract:In order to down-sample the output codes of SDM(Sigma-Delta Modulator) to Nyquist frequency within Sigma-Delta ADC. In this paper, two types of digital filters have been shown and the comparison of the FIR(Finite Impulse Response) and IIR(Infinite Impulse Response) digital filter are presented based on MATLAB in the actual program AUDIO CODEC, the input signal need to be coped is 11.2896 MHz digital codes and 256 times down-sampling will be realized by digital filters to achieve 44.1MHz at the final output, both of the simulation results achieved SNDR above 14 bits in audio frequency range.

Abstract:IIR Filters have been utilized widely in the domain of signal processing. Among the existing kinds of IIR filters, the Bessel digital filters are linear filters with maximum flat group delay in the passband. Bessel filters are widely used in applications requiring high-quality signal reconstruction and precise control of frequency characteristics, which can effectively avoid signal phase distortion. This article introduces the design method of converting a Bessel analog filter to a Bessel digital low-pass filter using bilinear transformation method in detail. The transfer function of the filters is derived theoretically. Meanwhile, the characteristics of Bessel filters are evaluated by simulation experiments.

Abstract:This paper is based on the information transmission of downhole closed-loop drilling system to design. Through a large number of tests to sum up that the best signal transmission frequency is 10KHz,so as to design center frequency of 10KHz for the IIR bandpass filter.Through MATLAB signal processing toolbox of FDAtool to simulate and analyse,in order to get the the best type of band-pass filters and parameters.With the state equation,using C language programming to get real-time signal filtering in the MCU.The filter has the characteristics that own a small amount of calculation and simple operation.It is suitable for real-time processing microcontroller.With the experimental results,showing that the filter of the interference signal has a good filtering effect.
