Abstract:In order to solve the problems of applying OPC (OLE for process control) technology to remote supervision, this paper proposes a new framework of distributed fieldbus remote monitoring system based on the Windows DNA(distributed Internet applications architecture) developing model, which adopts the XML (extensible markup language) and SOAP (simple object access protocol) technology as communication mechanism of distributed components. This new framework not only has a favorable extension ability, but also solves the problems appearing in traditional monitoring systems and makes fieldbus remote supervision possible.

Abstract:The technique of remote monitoring and fault diagnosis was discussed.The structure of monitoring and fault diagnosis system was introduced.Some key techniques in the system implementation were analyzed which included the B/S structure,web diagnostic technique and so on.Using this remote monitoring and fault diagnosis system,domain experts and professional skill personnel can be summoned to diagnose faults of equipments based on web-model,and huge economic losses caused by faults of hydraulic equipments can be avoided.

Abstract:To meet the requirement of highly real-time, tremendous data transferring and complicated diagnostic causes of remote monitoring and fault diagnosis with power electronic equipment, a novel idea of distributed system with industrial PC (IPC) and PLC controlling field terminal is proposed in this paper. Based on the techniques of power electronics, fault diagnosis and network, a remote monitoring and fault diagnosis system with combination of a three-layer C/S structure and Internet is presented, which achieves with high compatibility between different equipment. Furthermore, the paper focuses on the discussion about the structure of compatible systems, the compatibility design of remote monitoring and the realization of field control equipment, such as the data collection sub-system, the real-time monitoring sub-system, the fault diagnosis sub-system and the data disposal and management sub-system, and the design of the data transferring sub-system and the communication protocol format.This work is supported by National Natural Science Foundation of China (No. 50207008).

There are many advantages for the remote monitoring and diagnosis system, such as the broad extension, multiple experts cooperative consultation and the share of information and resources. The virtual test technology greatly reduces the cost and complexity of the operation and maintenance of test instruments, CORBA shields the heterogeneous software, hardware, operating system, database and network protocol in the enterprises, and the agent technology increases the independence and intelligence of the system.

Abstract:A system for distance monitoring and a seismic experiment controlling was introduced.This system was used to develop the method of a remote pseudo-dynamic test.A network communication platform NetSLab was needed to realize the remote control of the pseudo-dynamic test.Authors used Visual Basic developing the standard open-end single layer structural remote pseudo-dynamic test platform.The pseudo-dynamic test was remotely executed using this program.The application of the program was verified well by test results.

So the fault diagnosis models for these equipments are also different. Based on the power electronics, fault diagnosis and network technology, a distributed system with remote fault diagnosis function and high compatibility is presented in the paper. Abstract:To overcome the bad real-time performance of remote control system usually used in industrial field,a method is given to implement remote control based on real-time Ethernet,which combines real-time Ethernet,virtual instrument and optic fiber transmission.The result of experiment indicates that the remote control system based on real-time Ethernet has high reliability,better real-time performance and stronger anti-jamming ability,compared with the common PLC remote control system.It has great value in the control of large industrial field.

Abstract:This article proposes an architecture of equipment remote monitoring and fault diagnosis system in view of the increasingly complex business logic and functional requirements of the current coal mine electromechanical equipment remote monitoring and fault diagnosis system. We established a loosely coupled Web service system by abstracting and dividing the business logic and functional requirements of the remote monitoring and fault diagnosis system at different levels and different granularities. At the same time, we use the fault diagnosis model of multi-scale residual network and attention mechanism algorithm to verify the effectiveness of the fault diagnosis system.

Abstract:The primary air fan is one of the most important auxiliary equipment of the thermal power plant and the online monitoring and fault prediction can assist in guaranteeing the reliable and stable operation of power generation. The performance degradation and deterioration can be proactively detected and restrained before the fatal failure occurs, so as to promote the system maintenance with reduced costs. With the recognition that the operating conditions vary over time and the operational variables are often strongly cross-coupled in the power plant, this paper presents a PSO based Least-Square Support Vector Machines (LS-SVM) approach to predict the vibration of primary air fan with significantly reduced complexity as well as improved accuracy, which can be adopted for further potential fault diagnosis. Through collecting the information of operational states of primary fan at different measurement locations, this work aims to predict the fan vibration at different operational conditions, and hence to further identify the anomalies and performance degradation of the fan. The suggested solution is evaluated through a set of simulation experiments based on the field measurements from Hequ power plant by using the BP neural network as the comparison benchmark, and the numerical results verify the effectiveness with expected performance.

Abstract:This paper studied an integrated system to accomplish a real-time remote monitor function, which is based on STM32F407 embedded development board, through the Reduced Media Independent Interface (RMII), Flexible Static Memory Controller (FSMC) interface and web development, etc. The STM32F407 embedded development board is a core controller in the system and it is connected to Internet to realize the function of web server with Light Weight IP (LWIP) communication protocol. The value of various sensors can be transmitted to web server in real time with Server Side Include (SSI) instruction, and any device connected to Wi-Fi can realize the remote monitoring function through the router. Experiments are conducted with DS18B20 temperature sensor and the first channel of Analog-to-Digital Converter (ADC1) in STM32F407 to verify the effectiveness of the system. The results show that the embedded remote monitoring system works effectively. The system is convenient and practical in many industries.
