On Originality of Local Records

Abstract:Strengthening originality is an important way to uplift the quality of local records,a key method to build up the scientific nature of local records,a reliable guarantee to enhance the readability of local records,an effective measure to constantly renovate local records,and an important means to improve the academic nature of local records.Lack of originality in local records mainly manifested in lack of consciousness of originality and inadequate understanding of "narration without assertion" ;in lack of consciousness of overall compilation and inadequate overall compilation of local records;in lack of consciousness of academic nature and inadequate academic nature of local records;and in lack of consciousness of scientific reference book and one-sided understanding of the view that local records are reference books.Methods to strengthen originality of local records include:strengthening the scientific nature of local records to raise the scientific level of local records;strengthening the academic nature of local records to enhance the academic taste of local records;strengthening the reference nature of local records to increase local records' value as historical references;strengthening readability of local records and to increase the practical value of local records;strengthening the local nature of local records and to highlight the local characteristics of local records.
