Abstract:Preparation,properties and kinds of polyurethane adhesives were described.The domestic and abroad advance on research,development and application of polyurethane adhesives in the recent years were reviewed,especially was the development trend and main kinds of polyurethane adhesives widely used was introduced including waterborne PU adhesive,two component PU adhesive,one component PU adhesive and others such as thermoplast PU adhesive,blook-modified PU adhesive,DMTDA-crosslinked PU adhesive,acrylate copolymer-modified PU adhesive,polyether PU adhesive and et al.It was pointed out that polyurethane adhesives were promising technology.

Abstract:Polyurea can be synthesized by the reaction of diisocyanate and diamine or diisocyanate and water.The methods to synthesize polyurea by direct polymerization,solution polymerization,emulsion polymerization,vapor deposition polymerization,etc.,was commented.In present work,the research progress of polyurea was reviewed.The application of polyurea in reaction injection molding(RIM) and spray polyurea elastomer(SPUA),polyurea microcapsules,vapor deposition polymerization(VDP) was discussed.The prospect of research and application of polyurea was viewed.

Abstract:Polyurethane emulsions have been widely used in painting and protection in construction,leather,metal anti-corrosion and other fields due to their excellent performances.Most of the existing polyurethane emulsions are petroleum-based products.With the need for sustainable development as well as the rapid development and large-scale commercialization of bio-based raw materials,bio-based polyurethane emulsions have achieved rapid development.Herein,bio-based raw materials and additives for the synthesis of polyurethane emulsions,including bio-based isocyanates,polyols,chain extenders acrylic acid(acrylate)monomers and other modified raw materials were reviewed.Recent progress on lignin-based,vegetable oil-based,unnatural monomer bio-based and other bio-based polyurethane emulsions was analyzed.Main problems faced by bio-based polyurethane emulsions,including insufficient raw material supply,high cost and poor product performance were discussed.Development directions of bio-based polyurethane emulsions in solvent-free,high bio-based content and multi-functional products were prospected.

Abstract:The preparation and characteristics of polyurethane/acrylate(PUA)hybrid emulsions,including PUA co-polymer emulsion,PUA copolymerization emulsion,PUA core-shell emulsion,PUA interpenetrating polymer network emulsion,are summarized in this paper with 45 main literatures in recent years both at home and abroad,then the new progress of PUA hybrid emulsion in recent years is introduced in detail.At the end of this paper,the prospective development of polyurethane/acrylate(PUA)hybrid emulsion is presented.

Abstract:Polyurethane-imide is a novel kind of polymer with excellent heat-resistant and mechanical properties. This overview embracing microstructure, synthesis and properties of polyurethane-imide is given and provided representative examples to reflect the state of the research for polyurethane-imide. The microstructure includes molecular structure and phase structure. Synthesis of linear PUI and network PUI is given in next and, Mechanical properties, Thermal performance and other properties is also recommended. The shortages of PUI research is imperfection of synthesis and the theoretical analysis, so the prospect of the study on polyurethane-imide is also displayed.
