Abstract:Harmonious labor relations are the basic of building up a harmonious society.The development of human not only need the harmonious between human and nature,but also need the harmonious of human society.Labor is a postulate of development of human life and society.Since the imbalance of resources distribution and different actors of interest,labor conflicts become a kind of social problem in market economy at present.In order to build up harmonious labor relations,we must protect labor rights through system and mechanism,establish the culture of harmonious labor relations and,set up the partners relations on the basic of equal cooperation.
