Abstract:Human with perferct personality is the essential premise and inherent drive in establishing the harmonious society.On the basis of this,this article is in the view of the development of human being in harmony to point that human with perferct personality can reflect on and reshape the relation of human being and nature,can cherish the humanity and show respect to others and can deal with the relationship of human being and society rightly.By this way,it is possible that people and people,people and nature and individual and the society can develop in harmony and takes a step further to promote the establishment of harmonious society.
