Comparison of the Clinical Effect between Betaloc Zok and Isosorbide Mononitrate in the Treatment of Stable Angina Pectoris

Abstract:Objective:To explore the clinical curative effects of Betaloc Zok and Isosorbide Mononitrate in the treatment of Stable angina pectoris.Methods:64 patients with stable angina pectoris were collected from the outpatient and inpatient treatment department of medicine of hospital of traditional Chinese medicine of dayi county from 2004 to 2010,and were randomly divided into two groups: 27 cases were treated with Isosorbide Mononitrate(control group),37 cases were treated with Betaloc Zok(treatment group),both were implemented conventional treatment.The treatment group were treated by Betaloc Zok orally twice every day in addition treat by conventional treatment,while the control group were treated by Isosorbide Mononitrate orally three times every day.Results:Between control group and treatment one,there were significant difference in the symptoms relief of angina pectoris,markedly effective and effective rate(P<0.05),the effect of treatment group is better;between the two groups,there were also significant difference in the recovery and change of ST segmen(P<0.05),the recovery of the treatment group was superior to the control one.Conclusion:Patients with stable angina pectoris based on the basis of conventional therapy,the application of Betaloc Zok to control angina pectoris symptoms is more effective than isosorbide mononitrate.The recovery and change of ST segment the situation is more.
