Abstract:To improve teaching effect,the experimental teaching reform of undergraduates’microbiology based on system principle of scientific research was carried on.The reform involved in adjusting experiment order,transforming research work,developing comprehensive experiments,and so on.Under the premise of keeping basic microbiological operation training,the principles and importance of the experimental design were inculcated,and the teaching contents were enriched and systematized.The spirit of teamwork and learning interests were also emphasized in order to cultivate undergraduates’comprehensive experimental abilities and bring out the experimental potentials.The reform of undergraduates’microbiology experiments is the fundamental task for guiding them to design and do the scientific research.

Abstract:The reform of experimental teaching in animal husbandry microbiology was explored, mainly including improvement of hardware facilities, optimization of experiment content and reasonable arrangement of experimental items, stimulation of learning interest by combining the reality and the student individuality, application of diverse teaching methods, and the new way of assessing students' achievement.Through these reforms, students' initiative and comprehensive abilities were enhanced, and then teaching quality was also improved.

Abstract:Aiming at problems existing in the traditional microbiology experiment,the teaching content and teaching method were reformed.The technique of microbial experiment was used in specific biomedical engineering areas to establish a special education system.In the reform,based on students' cognitive psychology,teachers tried to stimulate students' initiative to do research step-by-step.Besides,the reform was to explore into new theoretical and practical teaching so that students could address some specific interdisciplinary problems by microbiological techniques and methods.Practice indicates that the reform achieved the desired effect.

Abstract:To reform the previous model and content of experimental teaching,centered on the research project of microbiology,experimental curriculum in microbiology is designed into three imitated research experimental modules,which include diverse investigation on environmental microbe,choice,appraisal,cultivation and breeding of enzyme-producing microbe,and examination of water-microbiology,each of which focuses on the resolution of a scientific problem.Furthermore,the instruction of basic experiment skills and methods of microbiology is integrated in the process of research experiments,and then forms an integrated and research teaching model for experimental curriculum in microbiology.
