Abstract:To reform the previous model and content of experimental teaching,centered on the research project of microbiology,experimental curriculum in microbiology is designed into three imitated research experimental modules,which include diverse investigation on environmental microbe,choice,appraisal,cultivation and breeding of enzyme-producing microbe,and examination of water-microbiology,each of which focuses on the resolution of a scientific problem.Furthermore,the instruction of basic experiment skills and methods of microbiology is integrated in the process of research experiments,and then forms an integrated and research teaching model for experimental curriculum in microbiology.
