Abstract:At present,the teacher etiquette training in colleges is viewed as an important work in teacher training,In the promotion of interpersonal relationship,emotion communication,and acceleration of the spiritual civilization construction the etiquette training plays an important role.Teachers with good manners are models for students to follow and their personal etiquette culture has a direct and positive impact on students in classroom atmosphere and teacher-student intercommunication.This article discusses and analyzes the importance and the present situation in the college teachers' behavior etiquette training,finally proposing some suggestions to improve and set up a good image of college teachers and providing references for cultivation of university teachers' classroom etiquette.
