Abstract:The dormitory is main place of study and life the for university student, the good dormitory atmosphere has the profound influence to student’s study life and the health growth. But, because in the university student psychology is not mature, the human communication knowledge and the skill deficient, the underlying interest competition as well as the university student community the difference which in aspect and so on value idea and habits and customs exists, becomes causes the university student dormitory interpersonal conflict the main reason. If contradictory conflicts cannot obtain,the properly solution promptly, not only can affect university student’s study life and the healthy in mind and body, also can give the universities the student supervisory work to bring many difficulties. Prevents and solves the university student dormitory in terpersonal conflict, cannot leave the school and the university student own joint effort.
