Abstract:On the basis of the introduction to the development and practice of the innovative experimental series items based project named Preparation of Functional Thin Film by Magnetron Sputtering of The Experimental Teaching Demonstration Center of Engineering Materials of Chongqing University,this article summarizes the supporting role of specialty laboratory in training innovative undergraduate talents,and points out that when undertaking SRTP(student research training program),it is necessary for specialty laboratory to have excellent experimental teaching staff with higher academic level,normative project guideline program,along with the continuous development of new experimental items in combination with the scientific research,which should be the important factors to guarantee the good achievements of SRTP training.
