Cultivation of Creative Talents in Materials Science Based on Lnternationally Academic Collaboration

Abstract:This paper briefly introduces the recent progress in the cultivation of innovative talents and team construction,discipline development and scientific achievements for State Key Laboratory for Mechanical Behavior of Materials of Xi'an Jiaotong University,through the high-level overseas talents introduction and substantial international collaboration as requested by the growth of its discipline research sections.Based on the above work,an internationally-collaborative open discipline creation base which carries out pioneering research was established.Meanwhile,a series of high-level research achievements with international academic influencely has been yielded,which exerted a far-reaching impact on the sustainable development of the materials science discipline of Xi'an Jiaotong University.
