Improvement Perfection of Air Circuit Breaker’s Core Structure

Abstract:Taking DW45 air circuit breaker as an example,this paper introduced its core structure-actuator,drawer seat’s improvment and perfection constantly in our country’s low voltage apparatus decade development process.By a series of improvement and optimization,such as changing of actuator’s key movement mode,increase of OK display function,optimization of lid and side board,optimization of drawer seat’s side strengthened structure,improvement of bridge contact structure,etc,the performance of circuit breaker was greatly enhanced,which meets the customers’ requirement.
