The Influence and the Countermeasure That Population Aging in Shandong Province

Abstract:Population aging is becoming a widespread tendency in various countries and regions in the 21st century.The question of the population aging and its influence has already caught the attention from people of all walks of life,and it becomes a research focus to domestic and international experts.Taking Shandong Province as an example,basing on the analysis of present condition about the population aging in Shandong province,this article analyzes the dual influences caused by the population aging,and then puts forward the corresponding countermeasures for it,such as stabilizing the low birth rate,changing concepts,maintaining the good and rapid development of economy,making good use of labor force,improving the social old-age social security system and the system of laws and regulations,and so on.
