Abstract:A kind of group technology of components method based on BP neural network was realized.By training and testing the neural network using the collecting 200 test samples,it proves this kind of group system can carry out the components grouping accurately.

Abstract:Base on BP neural networks and PCA, an auto text classification model was presented. By the use of PCA, this model reduced the dimensions of feature matrix, and the parameters were optimized gradually by amounts of simulation results. The experimental results based on 20-newgroups shows that the model has better performance and can get high accuracy of text classification.

Abstract:The structure and algorithm of BP neural net were described,the realization process of the fault diagnosis of hydraulic system based on BP neural net was discussed.According to the experiment,the BP net has better learning function,high net convergence rate and high stability of learning and memory.The diagnosis results indicate that the presented diagnosis method has high reliability and can attain the expected results,which can be applied to fault diagnosis of hydraulic system.

Abstract:This paper studies BP neural networks algorithm, discusses the relations between the amplitude-frequency response of the FIR filters with linear phase and the algorithm of the BP neural networks,improves the methods of designing the filters and gives the examples of designing low-pass filters.It conquers the primary disadvantages of the conventional methods,and need not to deal with the complex computing of the contrary matrix . The simulation results show that the varieties of performance indexes approch those under ideal conditions by using this algorithm in the designs of the low-pass,high-pass and band-pass filters.

Abstract:In order to improve the classification accuracy of multi-spectral remote sensing image,this paper puts forward a new classification method based on principal component analysis.The method is consisted of two steps: reducing the dimensions of multi-spectral remote sensing image with principle component analysis and generating a new image by the three main components of the remote sensing image;performing supervised classification on the new image with BP neural network.The result indicates that this method is superior to traditional algorithms,and its overall accuracy and Kappa coefficient reach 88.5% and 0.862.

Abstract:Artificial neural network (ANN,in short),as a computation model which has the ability to process the questions with high-nonlinear mapping relations,has a wide as well as promising application future in engineering.In the numerical value forecast area,it need not predefine the mathematical model of the sample data collection.Only by means of learning the sample data can it be used for numerical forecast.In this paper,the elementary back propagation neural network (BPNN,in short) is introduced and some useful improvement measures arc presented to solve the problems including the slowly learning velocity,namely the neural network (NN,in short) is difficult to be convergent,and the so-called "platform effect" which means that the exercising error will keep unchanged for many times of iterations in practical application.The improved BPNN algorithm with three layers is presented in detail.In order to verify the improved BP forecast algorithm,the famous XOR problem and a high nonlinear numerical forecast problem with the matrix constructed by 0 and 1 is selected to test the algorithm while satisfactory results are obtained.Finally,combining with two practical problems in ship and ocean engineering,the method of how to use the improved BPNN in numerical value forecast and the problems which should be paid attention to are discussed and some helpful advices are put forward.Based on the outcome of the examples,it indicates that the numerical values forecast ability of the improved BP neural network has the significance to be promoted in ship and ocean engineering.

Abstract:The scanning system is one of the most important parts of the nano-measuring system,its capability influences on the main performance of the system.This paper introduces the structure of a 2-dimensions precise scanning stage that means the method mixed flexible hinge and piezoelectric control.It also gives a summary of BP neural network concepts,and the princi- ple of BP neural network method.The paper makes a modeling using BP neural network method to realize the control on scan- ner.The experiment presented in the end shows that the model- ing matches the actual results perfectly.

Abstract:In the artificial neural network, BP neural network is a multilayer feedforward neural network which is used widely. BP neural network uses a classic BP algorithm, and it is in accordance with the error back-propagation algorithm for learning and training. This paper first analyzes the basic idea of BP algorithm, and using BP neural network model and the flow chart to illustrate; then, introduces the disadvantage of BP algorithm, has slow convergence and easy to fall into local minimum point and other defects, and describes the current improvements methods, such as adding momentum item, introduce variable step method and other optimization methods, which effectively improve the convergence of BP algorithm, to avoid falling into local minimum point; finally, describes in detail the application of BP neural network in face recognition. Effective research on BP neural network, which can be further development and application of BP networks play an important role.

Abstract:A designing method for BP neural networks based on rough set theory is presented in this paper. Rough set theory has a powerful capability for qualitative analysis, while BP neural networks can approach most problems with a much satisfying accuracy. By combining those advantages of the two theories, we can construct a kind of neural network with good understandability, simple computation and exact accuracy. The key idea of the learning algorithm for the proposed neural network is as follows: find a set of rules from the given training data by using Rough Set theory, construct the neurons in the hidden layers according to those rules, and then learn the arguments of the neural network with BP algorithm. The proposed neural network model has five layers: the first and the last layers represent input and output variables; the second layer stands for the discretization of input variables, and the fourth layer for discretization of output variables; each node in the third layer denotes a rule found by rough set theory, whose connections to the nodes of adjacent layers are determined by the conditions and conclusions of the rule. An example with satisfying results is also presented in this paper.

Abstract:A neural network model with three layers of BP algorithm was built with the aid of neural network tool box in software Matlab.After trained by a series group of data collections sampled from testing,this model could finally achieve the specified goal error and then was validated by another group of data collections from testing.The relative error between simulation results and test results was limited within 1%.So this neural network model could be effective in judging whether the rationality of set forming characteristic parameters was good or not in advance of actual testing,and also established a good preconditional basis for the following intelligentization in sheet deep drawing.

Abstract:According to the complexity of radar target signals and the robustness, extensibility and generality requirements of practical radar target recognition systems, several effective improvements are made for the BP neural network algorithm. By balancing the training samples, dynamically resetting initial weights and adaptively evaluating net scales, some shortcomings of the BP algorithm, such as low convergence speed and high dependency on initial sample distribution are overcome, and the algorithm has become more robust and generic. The method has been applied in several recognition systems of some models of radar. Test and application results show that proposed algorithm is effective and practical.

Abstract:Neural network is one of the efficient tools in the field of reservoir identification.A new method for reservoir identification is proposed which is based on the combination of the approximation principle of BP network and the technology of preprocessing.The method,first selects the proper neighbor points for every training sample according to the certain rule,then calculates the new training data with moving-weighted-average method based on the information of the selected points,and finally obtains the identifying results.This method has faster learning speed and higher prediction precision than the traditional method without preprocessing,which uses one or two hidden layers.Experimental results show that the method can rapidly,accurately identify.

Abstract:BP neural network based on MATLAB 6.x and its application in soil environment quality assessment were introduced and the assessment program was built. The influencing factors of BP neural network on soil environmental quality assessment were discussed, which were the input vector, the numbers of neurons in the hidden layers and the training process. Using the interpolation function rand or linspace in building the input vector is feasible. The transfer function of hidden layer is tansig and the numbers of neurons are five or eight when the interpolation function is rand or linspace, while, the transfer function of output layer is purelin and the number of neuron is one. The addition of noise in the input vectors is important to improve the correction of the network. Based on the research results, the constructed network was applied to a case of soil environmental quality assessment and the assessment results were compared with other assessment methods, which suggested that the method of BP network in soil environmental quality assessment was feasible and reasonable.

Abstract:Good results can be achieved in training process of artificial neural networks, not in the testing process when using the BP artificial neural network deals with continuous variable problems. In this case, three measures that improve testing results: the rule of choosing testing data, introducing fictitious training examples and changing topology structure of the network, are proposed in this paper. They have been applied to the modelling optimizing operation of the Fluid catalytic cracking (FCC) main fractionator. The training and testing results both are better than that of the common network without accepting the measures.
