Abstract:This paper talks about some improved BP algorithms. We use some programs based on Matlab to deal with the problem of multi-component simultaneous determination, on this basis, choose an optimum one, and then test. It shows that the L-M algorithm is the best.

Abstract:Multiplayer neural network based on BP algorithm is being applied in many fields, but in spite of BP algorithmic's shortcomings of slow convergence rate and proneness to yield minimal local results. Many simulation tests and analyses, revealed that the adjusted weights of various layers differed much, so a new algorithm of weight balance layer by layer was brought forward to calculate the weights' influences on neural network . The results indicated that the new algorithm converged faster than the standard BP algorithm. And a control system simulation using the new algorithm in welding showed to be a good approach for welding control.

Abstract:As the iterations are much, and the adjustment speed is slow, the improvements are made to the standard BP neural network algorithm. The momentum term of the weight adjustment rule is improved, make the weight adjustment speed more quicker and the weight adjustment process more smoother. The simulation of a concrete example shows that the iterations of the improved BP neural network algorithm can be calculated and compared. Finally, choosing a certain type of airplane as the controlled object, the improved BP neural network algorithm is used to design the control law for control command tracking, the simulation results show that the improved BP neural network algorithm can realize quicker convergence rate and better tracking accuracy.

Abstract:This paper studies BP neural networks algorithm, discusses the relations between the amplitude-frequency response of the FIR filters with linear phase and the algorithm of the BP neural networks,improves the methods of designing the filters and gives the examples of designing low-pass filters.It conquers the primary disadvantages of the conventional methods,and need not to deal with the complex computing of the contrary matrix . The simulation results show that the varieties of performance indexes approch those under ideal conditions by using this algorithm in the designs of the low-pass,high-pass and band-pass filters.

Abstract:Artificial neural network (ANN,in short),as a computation model which has the ability to process the questions with high-nonlinear mapping relations,has a wide as well as promising application future in engineering.In the numerical value forecast area,it need not predefine the mathematical model of the sample data collection.Only by means of learning the sample data can it be used for numerical forecast.In this paper,the elementary back propagation neural network (BPNN,in short) is introduced and some useful improvement measures arc presented to solve the problems including the slowly learning velocity,namely the neural network (NN,in short) is difficult to be convergent,and the so-called "platform effect" which means that the exercising error will keep unchanged for many times of iterations in practical application.The improved BPNN algorithm with three layers is presented in detail.In order to verify the improved BP forecast algorithm,the famous XOR problem and a high nonlinear numerical forecast problem with the matrix constructed by 0 and 1 is selected to test the algorithm while satisfactory results are obtained.Finally,combining with two practical problems in ship and ocean engineering,the method of how to use the improved BPNN in numerical value forecast and the problems which should be paid attention to are discussed and some helpful advices are put forward.Based on the outcome of the examples,it indicates that the numerical values forecast ability of the improved BP neural network has the significance to be promoted in ship and ocean engineering.

Abstract:In the artificial neural network, BP neural network is a multilayer feedforward neural network which is used widely. BP neural network uses a classic BP algorithm, and it is in accordance with the error back-propagation algorithm for learning and training. This paper first analyzes the basic idea of BP algorithm, and using BP neural network model and the flow chart to illustrate; then, introduces the disadvantage of BP algorithm, has slow convergence and easy to fall into local minimum point and other defects, and describes the current improvements methods, such as adding momentum item, introduce variable step method and other optimization methods, which effectively improve the convergence of BP algorithm, to avoid falling into local minimum point; finally, describes in detail the application of BP neural network in face recognition. Effective research on BP neural network, which can be further development and application of BP networks play an important role.

Abstract:BP feed forward network,the most widely used neural network,has many algorithms at present.Advantages and disadvantages of various BP algorithms provided in Matlab neural network toolbox are studied so that people can choose more suitable and faster algorithms when different conditions and different problems are faced.After introducing the basic principle of these algorithms,study of simulation is carried out by using a single inverted pendulum as example.Choosing simple and complex nets respectively,and changing the learning steps,the iteration steps and simulation time of various BP algorithms in different conditions are compared.Advantages of new BP algorithms are validated.Advice on how to select BP function is given.

Abstract:Ant colony optimization (ACO) algorithm has the powerful ability of searching the global optimal solution, and backpropagation (BP) algorithm has the feature of rapid convergence on the local optima. The proper hybrid of the two algorithms (ACO-BP) may accelerate the evolving speed of neural networks and improve the forecasting precision of the well-trained networks. ACO-BP scheme adopts ACO to search the optimal combination of weights in the solution space, and then uses BP algorithm to obtain the accurate optimal solution quickly. The ACO-BP and BP algorithms were applied to the problems of function approaching and modeling quantitative structure-activity relationships of Herbicides. Experiment results show that the proposed ACO-BP scheme is more efficient and effective than BP algorithm. Furthermore, ACO-BP reliably performs well when the number of hidden nodes varies.

Abstract:Oil temperature control system of hydraulic system is a big delay,nonlinear,time-varying system,conventional PID is unable to control precisely.Neural network controller based on BP network was designed for the oil temperature control of hydraulic system.Simulation results show that this control strategy can restrain system overshoot effectively and receive steady accuracy.

Abstract:This paper studies how to improue by Neural Network attached momentum and dynamic adjusted the learning rate by combining.We compile this program based on Matlab.It is applied to deal with the problem of photocatalytic degradation of Direct Orange S.The values of correlation coefficient R for training set and validation set is 0.9723 and 0.9452,respectively.The property of improved BP Neural Network is better than quadratic regression model.

Abstract:When constructing the algorithm model of sports training action classification, the accuracy of action classification has an important impact on the algorithm model. How to improve the algorithm model to improve the accuracy of sports training action classification needs further research. Based on BP neural network algorithm, this paper carries out the modeling of BP neural network signal classification algorithm and the construction of BP neural network, and deduces the BP algorithm in detail. Firstly, this paper applies genetic algorithm to the initial parameter selection of BP algorithm to avoid the local optimization problem. When carrying out chromosome coding, binary coding is easy to cause the problem of too long coding string, which also needs to be restored and decoded. The algorithm runs too long and the learning accuracy is not high. Therefore, this paper uses real coding. Through simulation analysis, it can be seen that the classification accuracy of the improved algorithm model is significantly higher than that of the simple BP algorithm. In addition, this paper analyzes the requirements of the sports training management visualization system, introduces the system structure framework and network topology, describes in detail the functions of the user information management module, the training plan management module, the training test management module, the competition information management module and the scientific research information management module, and tests the visualization function of the system. Finally, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the current sports training management, and puts forward the development strategy of sports training management based on this, which lays a theoretical foundation for the scientific development of sports training.

Abstract:The structure and algorithm of BP neural net were described,the realization process of the fault diagnosis of hydraulic system based on BP neural net was discussed.According to the experiment,the BP net has better learning function,high net convergence rate and high stability of learning and memory.The diagnosis results indicate that the presented diagnosis method has high reliability and can attain the expected results,which can be applied to fault diagnosis of hydraulic system.

Abstract:Based on improved back propagation (BP) neural network, information fusion state estimation problem for multi-sensor system is considered. Firstly, particle swarm optimization, search dynamic learning rate and additional momentum method are introduced to train the initial weights and thresholds of BP neural network. Then, the improved neural network is used to optimize the estimated value of Kalman filter. Finally, the sate estimators are fused by weighting matrices. A simulation example verifies the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm.

Abstract:The feature of a slow converging of a standard BP neural network algorithm is the main cause of its limitation for a wide application. A new BP algorithm, Levenberg-Marquardt back-propagation algorithm, which could converge rapidly, was developed in this paper based on the least square method and the standard BP algorithm. The experimental result proved that LMBP converged very fast and had a good stability compared with the standard BP algorithm, which meat that LMBP algorithm was suitable for a big network with hundreds of weight values or high training precision demand. The superiority of the algorithm over others is notable if the computer memory is large enough.

Abstract:3-layer forward neural network with Sigmoid activation function can simulate complex non-linear relationship with any precision.The training algorithm of BP affects the classification performance of pattern of the network.BP network with gradient descent has some defects such as low convergence speed,immersing local minimization.Particle Swarm Optimization is a global optimization algorithm.Aiming at PSO's defects this paper gives a method to improve PSO.The improved PSO is used to train BP network to overcome deficiency of BP.IRIS problem is used to validate the efficiency of the method given in this paper.Experimental results prove that this method is better than simple PSO-BP algorithm in performance.

Abstract:Abstract In multi-sensor detection system, the application of multi-sensor accurate detection system parameters is limited due to the existence of measurement noise. Using multi-source data fusion technology can be more accurate, timely detection and data processing system. Data fusion is a basic function in humans and other biological systems. In this paper, in order to make the system adaptive multi-source data fusion, using the BP neural network algorithm is a good way to deal with incomplete test data and test the noise problem. In this paper, the characteristics of three levels of data fusion and the derivation process of BP neural network algorithm are introduced in detail. In order to verify the role of BP neural network algorithm in the process of detection system filtering, a MATLAB simulation experiment is carried out. The experimental results show that the BP neural network algorithm can effectively reduce the measurement error of multi-sensor detection system and improve the detection accuracy.

Abstract:Levenberg-Marquardt (L-M) algorithm which has second-order convergence effects is utilized to optimize standard BP algorithm and it is applied to the sonar image recognition systems. The experimental results indicate that the LMBP neural network has higher classification rate, more rapidly converge velocity by comparing with other improved BP algorithm and the Radial Basis Function neural network. Through the experiments of recognizing the sonar image polluted with Gaussian noise, it is proved that the LMBP neural network has good stability and better anti-noise performance.

Abstract:The back propagation (BP) neural network algorithm is a multi-layer feedforward network trained according to error back propagation algorithm and is one of the most widely applied neural network models. BP network can be used to learn and store a great deal of mapping relations of input-output model, and no need to disclose in advance the mathematical equation that describes these mapping relations. Its learning rule is to adopt the steepest descent method in which the back propagation is used to regulate the weight value and threshold value of the network to achieve the minimum error sum of square. This paper focuses on the analysis of the characteristics and mathematical theory of BP neural network and also points out the shortcomings of BP algorithm as well as several methods for improvement.
