Abstract:The plum classification is important for the study of plum resources and utilization.The fruiting-plum botanical classification,Mei flower cultivars classification system,Fruiting-mei cultivars classification(including the classification of the horticulture,cytology,quality,isoenzyme,molecular biology and so on)are reviewed in this paper.Meanwhile,some new understanding about the classification of fruit crop cultivars was also presented.
