Abstract:Liu Tongfang 1 Human nature is the starting point and foundation of all philosophical problems.From the dialectical unified theory of universality and particularity perspective,Marx investigated the human nature,mainly based on factual judgment while giving attention to value judgment,to elucidate different forms of displaying humanity in human property,and his thought is a scientific thought of human nature.The result of modernity,globalization process,social structure institutionalization,and its operational mode which was created by realistic human aggregate,is a challenge to the bottom line of human as well.The problem of alienation runs through it.From the height and depth of human liberation,we should seek converging interests of all mankind,clarify the relationship between system criterion and humanity freedom,for the spiritual alienation tendency can be got rid of by the elasticity of system criterion and the guide of the humanity to system.All this is a successful road to human liberation.

Abstract:Research on Western Marxism should direct its reading and reflection to the developmental course of Western Marxism itself.It needs to clarify the problem logic of Western Marxism,i.e.its fundamental nature,theoretical characteristics and historical and logical boundaries,and grasp its problem consciousness.These basic issues,however,remain to be settled,fundamentally because Western Marxism is not a coherent intellectual trend but represents a family resemblance.Exploring the problem consciousness of Western Marxism on the basis of this knowledge is conducive to understanding its theoretical achievements and defects and opens up a broad vista for evaluation and comparison,thus revealing the significance of this study for China.

Abstract:Liberation of man is the purpose of basic value of Marxist system. On the basis of main symptom examining the realistic life critically, the self-liberation of proletariat as a historical premise, and the negative dialectics as a basic way, Marx’s theory of liberation becomes an essential logic structure of the subject and object, the theory and practice, the past and future in life world. Firstly, Marx’s theory of liberation opened a practical way to study liberation of man in view of the dialectical relationship of man and nature, society and culture. Secondly, Marx’s theory of liberation, based on “realistic and living individuals” and dialectical unity of advanced development of production and actual liberation of man, clearly presents the principle of life. Thirdly, breaking away from the bondage of natural relations, social relations and cultural views, is an internal logic of Marx’s theory of liberation in practice.

Abstract:Marx's state theory is not only an important component of historical materialism, but also a necessary part of his political thought. After long years of silence, Marxist state theory revived after WWII and developed anew in the era of globalization. Study of its main ideas, historic fate, further development and new agenda can confirm its explanatory power in the present day and promote its reconstruction and enrichment in the era of globalization. However, some questions in the intellectual structure of Marxism are still open to further study: for instance, the relations between civil society and the state and between the economic foundation and superstructure, the withering away of the state as the end of politics, human emancipation and its conditions, the economic and political forms of the transition from a capitalist to a communist society, and particularly the form of organizational system adopted by the dictatorship of the proletariat, and the ideology of the crucial link of the reproduction of social relations. At the same time, we need to learn from and integrate new social science theories and actively respond to the great changes in political organization and structure brought about by globalization, while actively participating in the great theoretical debates of today.

This requires us to grasp its characteristics in different stages of development to achieve a scientific understanding. At the same time, Marx's theory of ownership, as an organic unity of scientific and value standards, points to the historical development of real people and shows strong practical significance. Abstract:The issue of subject has always been the core in Marxist philosophy. In classical Marxist philosophy, the vocation of subject is entitled to working class, who was once regarded as the gravedigger for capitalism. However, with the development of post-War capitalist society, the situation for working class has been greatly improved, which propels French Marxists to recon-sider the issue of subject. From existentialist Sartre, who reduced subject to an abstract existent individual, to Althusser, who argued that history is a process without subject, and regarded subject as a fictional concept forged by ideology. At last, as the disciple of Althusser, Alain Badiou considered subject always emerge after event, let those who are regarded as inexistence ap-pear in themselves. The line of post-War French Marxist thought on subject is also a line of contemporary Marxist philosophy on subject.

Abstract:There are three subjects in Marx’s philosophy: the end of rational meta-physics, the critical method based on capital logic and towards history of freedom. Marx’s philosophical revolution has ended rational meta-physics in traditional philosophy and carried the critique of philosophy to history. In this philosophical turning, the critique of capital logic is the core of Marx’s thought. In the process of analyzing capital, Marx reveals it’s contradiction, and regard the history of freedom as his theoretical aim. Such subjects not only express Marx’s deep perspective on the traditional thought, but also embody the critical refection of capitalist society, it is our theoretical base to face contemporary society and thought.

Abstract:In Marx’s philosophy, the question of subjectivity is unfolded not only on the premise of the “reversal” of Hegel’s idealism, but also on the premise of the disintegration of the basic frame of modern metaphysics; the core of the basic frame is the immanence of consciousness, in which the ontological character of consciousness is determined by subjectivity. Only disintegrated the immanence of consciousness by the gegenstndliche activity, Marx’s philosophy would open a new horizon for the question of subjectivity —in this horizon, we could talk about the non-subjectivity, i.e. the subjectivity that isn’t entirely subordinate to the immanence of consciousness.
