Abstract:The world financial turmoil brought China an unprecedented economic decline.The traditional macro-control ideas for stimulating the economy will lead to greater economic losses,and will touch on social issues.So the correct macro-control idea should be: The people's livelihood security should be put on the first place.The government should pay attention on the role of consumption because every investment must be depended on the requirement of consumption.The priority should be consumption and then construction.In the economic recession period,China need carefully use of domestic resources,carefully choose stimulating economic means,avoiding blindly consumption of national savings,and minimizing the waste of investments.Anyway,China should preserve the strength in the severe winter,spend great efforts to solve the problem of excess production capacity,minimize the gap between rich and poor,adjust of economic structure,and keeping the social development in balance.

Abstract:Traditional macroeconomic theories lack a microeconomic basis,so theories of New Classical Economics and New Keynesian Economics have both tried to base their macroeconomics on the stable microeconomic basis,holding that macroeconomics is intended to help the subject of macro-economy make the rational choice by predicting the macroeconomic situation,thus pursuing the optimal interest.Nevertheless,as the result of it,the limitations of the micro-basis study of macroeconomics are made apparent.Hence this paper attempts to expound the potential problems existing in the analytical pattern involved in the micro-basis study of macroeconomics such as representative individual,expectation mechanism,econometric verification from the perspective of econophysics.

Abstract:Either from the per capita GDP or from the employment proportion of rural labor in the whole society,China's current economic development can be seen on the average level of middle-income developing countries.At present,the most serious macroscopic problem for China is that the unemployment rate keeps rising in the whole national economy together with slow-down economy and sluggish growth.The reasons for such series of difficulties come from not only the impact of international economic recession but also the long-term insufficient domestic demand.Accordingly,China's government has made a series of adjustments in the four aspects concerning macroeconomic policy including the economic aggregate policy,the combination of monetary policy and fiscal policy,the exchange rate policy,and the emphasis on demand or supply.As to the prospect for China's economy,it will be anti-recession in the near future,anti-stagflation in the medium-term,and change the way of development for the long run to adopt the scientific outlook on development.

Abstract:Marsx defines the essence of the capitalism social contradictions as the contradiction between the unlimited expansion of production and the lacking of national purchasing power,namely supply-demand colossal contradiction.The ceaselessly breaking out of economic crisis and finance crisis have given rise to various economic cycle theories which can account for these economic phenomena,such as Keynesianism,Monetarism,Supply-side school and finance innovation practice.The author maintains that,confronted with finance crisis,the radical solution is to form effective demand,and points out that western countries have already made some instructive attempts,and China's development is adding new experience.

Abstract:The international financial crisis makes it obvious the new changes in China's macro regulation conditions, i.e., from the deep transformation from economic globalization to economic worldlization, the nature of China's macro regulation has witnessed changes from being native, international, global to be world. With economic globalization, the world economy becomes matured gradually. China's macro regulation is not only subject to the international coordination between the outside economic environment and our macro economic policies but also gradually restrained by the operation law of the world economy as a whole which has become the common nature of macro economic operation of the countries in the world as well as a tough issue for their macro regulation to deal with. As long as we grasp the law can we get rid of the macro regulation difficulties and walk out of the shadow of the global crisis while insisting on socialism with Chinese characteristics. Centering around the world economy, this article discusses the problems and difficulties in China's macro regulation in the process of economic globalization and worldlization, and puts forward policy suggestions on future reforms and the improvement of the regulation.

Abstract:This paper points out that real estate in the background of capital market is relatively in over supply, capital is in the condition of superfluidity both at home and abroad. Since the consumer price index does not increase by a big margin, surplus currency turns to the assets market, and leads tothe high price and high Housing Vacancy Rate in the real estate market, which makes it more typically characteristic of investing rather than consuming. Thisanalysis explains that the central government has been strengthening macro-adjustment and control since 2003, but real estate industry is actually running ina vicious circle of“ stronger control, higher price”. Although the central government tried to regulate the real estate market by a series of policies, differentdepartments and regional governments have different interests, therefore the policies themselves were undermined by each other. Pinned down by differentinterest groups and departmental egoism, several visible hands hold each other back and counteract the effects of macro-control. Finally an invisible handdefeats several visible hands.
The Mechanism of Our Country Macroeconomic Shock by International Floating Capital Inflow

Abstract:An enormous amount of international floating capital has flooded the Chinese market in the recent years.There have been two stages in the development of the scale of international floating capital inflow and the characteristics of its capital investment.In the beginning,it went into those industries of rapid growth while recently it focuses on the real property industry in the Yangtze River Delta.The volume of capital in the second stage is five times larger than that in the first stage.The massive capital inflow has brought uncertain exterior impact on China's macro economy,which can be obviously seen in nominal variables and actual variables in the economy.Five nominal variables are clearly visible:(1) Because of fixed exchange system and strict exchange rate regulation,the Central Bank has to intervene with the foreign exchange market and the supply of foreign exchange.Money supply is rapidly increasing due to the influx of floating capital.(2) RMB rate has kept stable for a long time because of the government resolute attitude in recalling part of the currency issued through state debt either via open market operation at the secondary market or refinancing by the Central Bank.The existing ternary antinomy implies that the current exchange system is not in line with the demand of the economic development in the long run and a floating exchange system should be established.(3) The floating capital has both a direct and an indirect impact on price.The indirect shock is not evident via money supply,while the direct impact is particularly evident.(4) On the one hand,interest rate impact is an indirect process due to the contra of money supply by the Central Bank's policy.It is an exogenous variable.Therefore,interest rate shock is not very obvious.(5) The influx stimulates a highly speculative stock market,which might result in domestic economy contraction.There are two actual variables:(1) Huge implicit opportunity losses have taken place in recent years due to a steep rise in the exchange reserves.(2) The economic structure can be strongly affected.The most important task today is to weaken the anticipation of RMB appreciation. Government attitude to keep RMB rate stable alone does not eliminate the anticipation.The major task is to reform the system of RMB rate and adopt a floating RMB system,to reestablish the policy of exchange reserves and,finally,to take a more cautious attitude in capital inflow liberalization in a short time.

Abstract:The global financial crisis of 2008 has made huge impacts on China's economy.Chinese government set Maintaining Stable Economic Growth as its top priority and target,enacting a series of macro-control measures to stimulate economy growth.In the second quarter of 2009,macro-economic recovery began and it has been improving steadily so far.However,unemployment is still a tough issue:the trend of negative increase of new jobs has not changed,demand for labor is decreasing dramatically,hidden unemployment remains high,and migrant-workers become the major group of corporate downsizing.The realization of securing economic growth could not bring about structure adjustment automatically,and it will aggravate structural problems even worse.As the coefficient of employment elasticity changes consistently,three industries' abilities to increase employment go on further differentiation.Investing fixed assets as the major approach to stimulate economic growth has further strengthened the original structure,resulting in a tense relationship between economic growth and people's livelihood.In order to achieve the coordination and mutual promotion of economic growth and the improvement of people's livelihood,the government should effectively focus on the issues of economic restructuring and updating,employment,social security systems and stimulating domestic consumption.

Abstract:Currently,our country is facing quite severe inflation pressure.Inflation will not only cause the cost rise of enterprise,living consumption increases of residents,decline of dweller deposit,but also aggravated the probability of economic crisis and the difficulty of inflation expectations management.Causes of China's present and future inflation are mainly embodied in three aspects: first,loose monetary policy leads to domestic liquidity surplus;secondly,a flood of dollars and international commodity prices imports into Chinese input;thirdly,the demographic dividend inflection and natural disaster of agriculture caused the great rise of labor costs and prices of agricultural products.Therefore,we should take measures in order to effectively alleviate the inflation pressure,namely: 1.To adjust the goal of monetary policy,and strictly control the liquidity;2.To transform trade policy and reduce the foreign exchange reserves;3,To accelerate the adjustment of economic structure to a fundamental transformation of economic development mode;4.To properly guide the public inflation expectations and stimulate price stability;5.To strengthen agricultural production and promote the circulation of commodities.

And its developing function, which is a rapid increase and decrease strike one, reveals that there is a positive relationship between the period that need to efficiently control the crisis and the impact on the economy. Further more, the author points out that at the present time, the epidemic situation is on its way spreading and diffusing. Abstract:Inadequate financial supervision gave great impetus to this international financial crisis.Over-innovation of financial product originated from regulation arbitrage,pro-cyclicality effect under micro-prudential regulation,inadequate supervision of Shadow bank system and systematically important bank increased the depth of the crisis.Hence,future tasks of macro-prudential supervision should aim to enlarge regulation scope,control systemic risk,cooperate integrally among central bank,financial institutions and supervision department.Central bank must curb liquidity from the source accompanied the reshaping of the function of central bank.But implementation of macro-prudential regulation will face some uncertain factors.

Abstract:The breaking out of international financial crisis and insufficiency of domestic consumption demand make the growth speed of China's economy obviously slow down,which bring serious problem of employment in China's macro economy.Accordingly,China's macro economy policy has been clearly regulated: for example,the transfer is made from despising gross policy to consolidating gross policy,as for currency policy and financial policy,from negative direction combination to positive direction combination,with regard to exchange rate policy,from appreciation of Renminbi to depreciation of Renminbi,and from recent demand incentive to considering active demand and improvement of supply.China's economy in 2009 is more difficult than that in 2008,in near two or three years,China's economy will be more difficult,but in near twenty or thirty years,China's economy will keep high speed growth.

Abstract:This paper adopts policy uncertainty index proposed by Baker and uses FAVAR model to analyze the impact of policy uncertainty on macroeconomic of China.Empirical results show that policy uncertainty has negative impact on GDP,investment,consumption,export and price,decreases real exchange rate and leads to a drop in stock price and real estate price.Besides,this paper finds the mainly mechanism of policy uncertainty effect on macroeconomic is expected channel.This conclusion suggests the government should keep macroeconomic policy as steady and continuous as possible and strengthen guidance of public rational expectation.

Abstract:Is macroeconomic stability the Achilles heel of the Chinese economy? Recurrent bouts of inflationary disorder lead some observers to worry that the Chinese government is unable to control the economy. Macroeconomic difficulties show up in a pattern of repeated boom and bust cycles, in which each boom is accompanied by an acute inflationary phase and significant disruption. Moreover, since the reform era began, the peak annual inflation rate of each successive cycle has been higher than that of the preceding one. The most recent attempts to cool off the economy have only led to additional questions. An austerity policy was decreed at the end of June 1993, yet inflation actually accelerated in 1994, and it was not until mid-1995 that it dropped to the levels of mid-1993. The Chinese government was engaged in a quest for an economic “soft landing” for two years without a net reduction in the inflation rate!

Abstract:There are eight factors as follows:the excess global liquidity, the financial assets, the rapid growth of the foreign exchange market and exchange rate fluctuations, the rapid growth of financial derivatives, the hedge funds, private equity funds and the rapid growth of sovereign funds, the U.S.dollar as a super financial hegemony, the high concentration of wealth, the global economic and financial imbalances.They make the world economy virtualization very fast and obvious also result the crises.Virtualization economy enables us fundamentally to change a few things:firstly is much more money.But the currency is decided by the central bank, liquidity is determined by themarket, which is particularly important concept.The financial sector starts its own service and leaves the original purpose.The financial sector works for its own service is the financial trouble's real reason because he has been divorced from any reality.The huge hedge and private equity funds upset the most basic assumptions and the premise that the market is balanced.And the high concentration of wealth further strengthens the whole process in the end, which ultimately shapes the formation of a financial crisis.The financial crisis still continues.Now the market stability, the stock market rebound and easing liquidity do not mean that the crisis has passed.The financial crisis brought a loss of about 3.2 trillionU.S.dollars.While up to now global financial institutions have written off non-performing assets of 1.3 trillion U.S.dollars only.There are still two trillion U.S.dollars waiting to be written off.The further volatility in financial markets will be inevitable.

Abstract:The global economy may not necessarily face a double dip recession this year and in 2013.Theeuro-area economy will likely face more challenges than the US this year.Should the economicsituation in Italy and France continues to deteriorate,a banking crisis could be triggered.Since it isdifficult to make necessary adjustments in the wake of the fiscal and balance-sheet crisis,the USeconomy may continue to grow slowly in the coming several years,possibly dipping into recession in2013.The Chinese economy has been facing more challenges in the new global environment even if theworld economy could indeed avoid a double dip in the coming two years.It is time for China to getprepared for the worst scenario and take measures to ward off any systematic financial crisis.
