Abstract:The experiment proves that,with the structure and design improved,the open-loop stepping motor system,which is traditionally considered as lower speed or output-power level,could operate in the similar or equivalent speed,torque and power level,even compared with the general AC servo motor system.As the enhanced hybrid magnetic structure design,the specific torque coefficient of the prototype stepping motor improved obviously,it is the basic and key point to improve the motor performance.Prototype for the first time,using a DC armature winding circuit design,it has a further expansion of the operating speed range.
