Abstract:The paper dedicates to design one kind of frequency and power factor measuring circuits based on processor ATmega128.Condsidering the elements such as harmonics and interruption,this measuring circuit adopts transformer and TCL04 low-pass filter circuit and tests the efficiency of the low-pass filter by means of Matlab7.0.Considering the circuit needs to measure 3-phase power factor and frequency,the circuit adopts chip 74VHC4052 to realize the function of selecting multiple AC signals.Meanwhile,the paper deduces to one new algorithm of measuring frequency and power factor based on hardware circuit and takes relevant experiments.In the frequency measuring experiment,the paper uses signal generator to output standard frequency.Because of the empirical data of frequency change and measuring error,the paper adopts soft-ware amending method,which obviously improves the accuracy of measuring value of frequency.In the power factor measuring experiment,the paper uses phase generating instrument to set the value of AC voltage and current phase difference and adopts phase difference measuring algorithm to measure the phase difference.The phase difference can be used directly to accurately calculate power factor.The empirical data proves the efficiency and precision of the algorithm and circuit.
