Abstract:Sort out the domestic literature,based on the new Rural Cooperative Medical Care with less-developed areas on the current problems of financing analysis.The study found: central design of the system exists,local governments and farmers in fund-raising during the game,funding mechanisms leading to the operability of the low.The less-developed where there is fi-nancial pressure,free of migrant workers in the new rural cooperative medical care system,the financing costs are too high and the farmers cooperative medical care system such as lack of confidence in the fairness of the real issues.The rationaliza-tion of funding criteria,funding patterns and highly efficient form of legislation to protect the fund-raising capabilities.
