Abstract:A series of reforms on teaching contents and teaching methods of comprehensive practical course of food engineering was discussed, and the construction of pilot laboratory in food engineering was also researched.The objective of these reforms is to introduce a comprehensive practical course which conforms to the development of food subject and strengthens the students'practical ability,for the purpose of promoting the cultivation of food engineering talents.

Abstract:With the development of society, the overall development of various industries in our country is unprecedentedly prosperous. However, various damaging industries with the sole goal of profit have emerged, significantly reducing people’s experience in basic needs such as food, clothing, housing, and transportation. Food analysis course is an essential primary subject established by colleges and universities to cultivate food quality and safety talents. In order to further ensure the food safety of society, this article mainly analyzes the teaching reform path of food analysis courses under the new situation. We hope the views in this article can provide guidelines for relevant workers.

Abstract:This paper discusses the value and significance of medical-industrial integration in the teaching reform of "food hygiene" in Nutrition and Food Hygiene. Meanwhile, the study focuses on the educational concept of medical-industrial integration practice in our university, referring to integrating food science into the teaching innovation plan of "food hygiene", and using the understanding and application from food science discipline on food hygiene even the entire industry chain, taking the "strong" of "food science" to supplement the "short" of "nutrition and food hygiene", which fulfills the improvement of the curriculum system, optimization of allocation of "double-qualified" teachers, and modification of teaching methods. The combination of the traditional teaching methods and modern educational technologies such as virtual reality can lead to the training goal of matching theory with application and cultivating compound high-quality talents with the post competencies in this field in the new era.

Abstract:Objective To explore an teaching model that promotes students' autonomous learning,mobilizes students' learning initiative and enthusiasm,cultivates teamwork spirit,and stimulates the teachers' sense of responsibility,so as to promote teaching reform.Methods Student-oriented model of teaching was carried out in the teaching practice of nutrition and food hygiene in the undergraduates of preventive medicine.Assessment was carded out after class according to questionnaire results.Results Most students considered that the present teaching model was better to mobilize learning enthusiasm and initiative,and to understand the knowledge.In addition,students realized that it was a hard work for teachers to prepare a lesson and the development of knowledge was rapid.Conclusions Student-orientated teaching model is better than traditional teaching model in getting good teaching results,and is beneficial to the education of preventive medicine.
