Exploration of Classroom Teaching and Laboratory Teaching Method of Food Science and Engineering

Abstract:Through a large number of references,combined with the problems existing in the teaching process of the food science and engineering specialty,teaching reform in the classroom and laboratory is discussed.And the concrete classroom instruction reform plans are put forward:bring food material into classroom,enlarge and shrink theory course appropriately, and summarize important knowledge from the social life.And the laboratory teaching methods are proposed as follows:setting the teaching mode basing on experiment,theory course complemented,opening labs to all and finishing experiment to the end,strengthening the experimental inspection efforts,and innovating on the evaluation standard.Finally students can grasp the theoretical knowledge more solid,exercise practical ability effectively,and achieve the experiment ability to this specialty expertly.
