Abstract:To seize the opportunities,of giving priority to the development of research in the field of food quality and safety in showedTwelfth Five-Year Plan of China,the practical teaching situation and reform methods of food quality and safety specialty are analyzed,and combining resources advantage of medical colleges,the experimental teaching and practical reform are discussed in this paper to provide a reference for improvement of the work adaptability among the students majoring in food quality and safety.
