Abstract:The author compared three basic methods for assets valuation and analyzed their applicability for evaluating hospital"Know -how",and then put forward that Contingent Valuation Method can be a new method for evaluating hospital"Know-how".At last,how to use this method and its advantage and disadvantage was discussed.
