Abstract:As deepening of medical and health reform in China, as well as progressive opening up of its medical market,merger & cooperation between hospitals multiply and hospital patent assignment becomes common. To ensure mutual interests between bargain sides in medical market,we must construct reasonable hospital patent evaluation system and use scientific evaluation methods. This article analyzed traits of hospital patent & HPE, introduced different methods to evaluate HP at home and abroad.
