Abstract:In this article,the authors describe the classification of knowledge management and the overview of current status of research management in modern hospitals and point out that the main problem of research project management is paying more attention on the management of project establishment,but neglecting the management of project in mid and late phases.We want to create a characterized research project management system,use modern management tools to build a knowledge-sharing platform that can make the knowledge exchange among researchers more convenient and improve the executing quality of research projects.It will promote the innovation of knowledge and improve the hospital and staff in problem-solving abilities to make the hospital research and management innovation more effective and convenient.
