Abstract:The factor that how the research funding is managed and used is very important for the progress and quality of research projects.With the continuous increase in the degree of supervision for the research fund,the attention to scientific research funding in hospital is also gradually raised.The problems of mismanaged and misuse research fund has been highlighted.The current study,based on the characteristics of medical research,comprehensively analyzed the existing problems of medical research funding in use and management from the point of view of research management.To solve these problems,we proposed suggestions and countermeasures to improve the use and management of research funding,and continued to improve the management of research funding.
