Abstract:Due to the merging of universities and medical colleges, affiliated hospital of university became an important part of medical education and clinical teaching place. Ministry of Education start to take charge of administration, teaching and scientific research sectors in affiliated hospital of university. However, the medical business and financial management are still governed by the health sector, which results in bull management and many problems in the construction of the party conduct and of an honest and clean government. The government should pay attention to the top-level design, straighten out the relationship between different parties, strengthen coordination and cooperation among the government, universities and affiliated hospitals. The internal supervision and inspection should be strengthened to conduct the implementation of a clean and honest administration through case investigations and complete with strong discipline team.
