Abstract:The academic and administrative management in the scientific research management of hospital have different contents,methods and tasks,but they also have internal relations.This article tries to talk about how to make them synergistic effect on the scientific research management through analyzing their characteristics and summing up the experience managing of Hospital of Stomatology of Peking University.
