Abstract:Using maleic anhydride and 2,2'-bis[4-(4-aminophenox) phenyl]propane as raw materials,a novel bismalemide monomer,2,2'-bis[4-(4-maleimidophenox) phenyl]propane(BPA-BMI) was synthesized under microwave irradiation.The structure of compound was confirmed by FT-IR spectra,1H-NMR and MS.On the basis of orthogonal design,the optimal preparation conditions for BPA-BMI under microwave irradiation was as follows: the mola ratio of maleic anhydride to BAPP was 2.3∶ 1,catalyst amount was 10%(wt%),microwave power was 450W and radiation time was 30min.The highest yield of product was 67.26%.Compared with tradition preparation of BMI,the method of microwave irradiation is convenient,quick and less pollution.
