Abstract:The discontinuities of values arising from the advance of science and technology at high speed and the uncertainty of the controls on the nature make today's society a high risk society.According to the characters of the risks of science and technology,to evade this kind of risk needs to think about the ethic responsibilities of scientists and technicians and to make use of the ideas of Responsibility Ethic and Negotiation Ethics.
