Abstract:These years,"risk" has become a key concept in understanding and interpreting the world,and "risk society" theory has offered a new perspective for apprehending modern society.Yet,risk management is confronted with many dilemmas,such as the gap between actual risk and risk assessment,the contradiction between present risk management and consideration of the future,and the conflict between the individual and the public involved in risk.These dilemmas demand that risk managers should transcend economic interest and narrow-minded concern for individual interest,realizing the morally-correct management of modern risks.
