Abstract:In reality,people make voice behavior probably because it can satisfy their motivations or needs. In reality,understanding the motivations of employee voice can help managers to find valid measurements of encouraging employee to voice. Based on the theory of functional analysis,selfinterest,other orientation,impression management and personal control,this study aims to investigate multiple motivations in effecting employee behavior and the topic whether selfish motives and others' profit motives are independent or mutually exclusive,etc.
