Abstract:The paper focuses on the influence of interest groups upon the U.S.foreign aid policies from a perspective of decision—making.As one of the major factors in the U.S.political process, interest groups play an important role in the U.S.political life.Since the decision—making process of the U.S.foreign aid policies involve the interests of different interest groups, analyzing interest groups is indispensable to the research.Although interest groups can exert its influence by various means,the influence is limited and unbalanced.
