Research on the Recoil Dynamic Characteristic of Gun Tester Based on ABAQUS

Abstract:High-speed mass impacts the muzzle to propel gun recoil,which is a feasible method to simulate the firing process.To make sure that the testing method has similar dynamic characteristic with practical firing,set up gun simulative tester model and mechanics model based on ABAQUS.Get the stress-strain relationship of rubber through the tensile and compressive tests of sample,then evaluate the stress-strain curve.Select Ogden(N=1) model as hyperelastic model of the waveform generator on the gun tester through compressive test of small rubber waveform generator.Carry simulation study on the recoil dynamic characteristic of gun tester,and simulation results inosculate the testing result perfectly,which validate the effects of waveform generator and the simulative testing method.
