Abstract:some regularity conditions on the function H(t), we prove the existence, joint continuity and the Holder regularity of the local times of {BH^ (r)}. We also determine the Hausdorff dimensions of the level sets of {BH^\t)}. Abstract:Let $B^{H, K}= \big\{B^{H, K}(t), t \in \R_+ \big\}$ be a bifractional Brownian motion in $\R^d$. We prove that $B^{H, K}$ is strongly locally nondeterministic. Applying this property and a stochastic integral representation of $B^{H, K}$, we establish Chung's law of the iterated logarithm for $B^{H, K}$, as well as sharp Hölder conditions and tail probability estimates for the local times of $B^{H, K}$. We also consider the existence and the regularity of the local times of multiparameter bifractional Brownian motion $B^{\bar{H}, \bar{K}}= \big\{B^{\bar{H}, \bar{K}}(t), t \in \R^N_+ \big\}$ in $\R^d$ using Wiener-Itô chaos expansion.

Abstract:Since the classical work of Lévy, it is known that the local time of Brownian motion can be characterized through the limit of level crossings. While subsequent extensions of this characterization have primarily focused on Markovian or martingale settings, this work presents a highly anticipated extension to fractional Brownian motion -- a prominent non-Markovian and non-martingale process. Our result is viewed as a fractional analogue of Chacon et al. (1981). Consequently, it provides a global path-by-path construction of fractional Brownian local time. Due to the absence of conventional probabilistic tools in the fractional setting, our approach utilizes completely different argument with a flavor of the subadditive ergodic theorem, combined with the shifted stochastic sewing lemma recently obtained in Matsuda and Perkowski (22, <a class="link-https" data-arxiv-id="2206.01686" href="https://arxiv.org/abs/2206.01686">arXiv:2206.01686</a>). Furthermore, we prove an almost-sure convergence of the (1/H)-th variation of fractional Brownian motion with the Hurst parameter H, along random partitions defined by level crossings, called Lebesgue partitions. This result raises an interesting conjecture on the limit, which seems to capture non-Markovian nature of fractional Brownian motion.

Abstract:We examine the hyperbolic, planar Brownian motion and its time-fractional version. The analogy between the hyperbolic Brownian motion and Brownian motion on the sphere is also analysed. We examine in detail the connection between the equations governing the distributions in the Cartesian and hyperbolic coordinates. We discuss the time-fractional generalization of hyperbolic Brownian motion and give a representation of it as composition of classical hyperbolic Brownian motion with a reflecting Brownian motion on the line.

Abstract:In this article some of the important ideas in ordinary stochastic analysis are applied to fractional Brownian motions (fBm's). First we give a simple and elementary proof of the fact that any fBm has zero quadratic variation. This fact leads to the non-semimartingale structure of fBm's. Another consequence is that we can integrate (in probability) the functionals of fBm's with fBm differentials. With the same integrator, we then develop the L2 integration theory of bounded sure processes based on of K. Bichteler's integral extension theory. Finally, we investigate the corresponding stochastic differential equations with fractional Brownian noise

Abstract:We prove an existence and uniqueness theorem for solutions of multidimensional, time dependent, stochastic differential equations driven simultaneously by a multidimensional fractional Brownian motion with Hurst parameter H>1/2 and a multidimensional standard Brownian motion. The proof relies on some a priori estimates, which are obtained using the methods of fractional integration, and the classical Ito stochastic calculus. The existence result is based on the Yamada-Watanabe theorem.

Abstract:We define multifractional Hermite processes which generalize and extend both multifractional Brownian motion and Hermite processes. It is done by substituting the Hurst parameter in the definition of Hermite processes as a multiple Wiener-Itô integral by a Hurst function. Then, we study the pointwise regularity of these processes, their local asymptotic self-similarity and some fractal dimensions of their graph. Our results show that the fundamental properties of multifractional Hermite processes are, as desired, governed by the Hurst function. Complements are given in the second order Wiener chaos, using facts from Malliavin calculus.
