Abstract:With the unceasing development of our market economy and the continuous depth of reform of employment system of graduates in institution of higher learning,the concept of choosing jobs concerning contemporary female college students has taken place greatly.In such a setting that female college students have difficulty in finding jobs,educators in institution of higher learning not only emphasize the analysis of social factors but also study their concept of choosing jobs thoroughly.If it can't adapt to the needs of the development of the socialist market economy,that is,the conflict between the supply and demand exists,it may lead to misplacement of choosing jobs,and harden the employment.Consequently,it must cause the phenomenon: some people are jobless while some jobs are vacant.
