Abstract:With the development of society and the growth of economy, the improvement of education quality has attracted more and more attention. Their education of labor concept is particularly important. At present, with the help of literature analysis, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the labor concept of post-00 college students, such as the lack of understanding of labor and the lack of enthusiasm to participate in labor. In terms of theory, it emphasizes that the education department should strengthen the universal education of labor knowledge, pay attention to the integration of a certain proportion of labor education into the university curriculum, and enable students to better understand and master labor skills through professional training and practice. Improve labor literacy. In practice, it is advocated to carry out labor practice activities to provide ' post-00s ' college students with different forms of labor experience and enhance their enthusiasm and enthusiasm for participating in labor.
