Abstract:Objective To observe the clinical effect of reattachment of young permanent incisors with crown fracture by themselves.Methods 17 traumatic intact segments of permanent incisors with crown fracture were treated by reattachment with one-coat luting agent and 3M Company's nano-light-cured composite resin.It is a 4-year retrospective clinical observation.Results One-year retention rate was 88.2%,3-year retention rate 83.3%,are 4-year retention rate 80%.Conclusion Reattachment of a fragment by itself to the remaining tooth is the preferred method.
