Research on the Government Classification Management Process in Coping with Mass Events

Abstract:At present,the mass disturbance presents frequently-occurring state in China,which causes widespread concern. The government's public administration will face a serious crisis once the improper disposal was taken. Therefore,strengthening the research on the disposition of mass disturbance and constructing the settling process on mass disturbance of different kinds become the government actual demands of handling crisis. According to different features of mass disturbance and from the point of favorable to the government,the context classifies the mass disturbance procedures,abstracts the common essences and the rule,generalizes the important sections and factors on settling different kinds of mass disturbance,and explores the relative settling processes,all of which are the complementary to the current settling models and will provide with more opportunities for government to handle the mass disturbance.
