The Mechanism Research of Crisis Management in Social Group Incidents——Taking Beijing as an Example

Abstract:Group incidents in social safety field closely reflect the interest conflicts in China's economic and social transition period.If we cannot handle with them correctly,it will impact on China's social stability and harmonious order at different levels.On the basis of some existing research,this paper describes the similarities and differences of the emergency management mechanisms for group incidents in Beijing and other cities,analyzes the problems and makes some suggestions,e.g.at value level,we should change our mind from zero-sum game to nonzero-sum game;and at system level,we should promote political and administrative reform,and foster the foundation of mechanism construction for managing group incidents.
