Abstract:It made a numerical simulation of heat transfer process of plastic film prepared through casting method,and obtained the curves of temperature distribution of inner wall of casting roll and the temperature of plastic film change with time.In further analysis,it given that in primary design of roll body,the radiation and air convection could be neglected,only the head transfer in stable state between casting film and roll should be considered;the cooling rate of casting plastic film is determined by the entrapped air between casting filem and roll and the temperature of roll face.It pointed out the methods to improve the surface quality and the production rate of plastic film.
