Abstract:This paper makes an analysis of the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and dilemmas of the three authorization models of direct authorization,copyright agent and copyright offer by taking periodical copyright mass licensing models as the research object,the reports take Internet as the research material sources,and the SWOT as the analysis method.The writer of this paper holds that the model of copyright agent is a comparatively good.The work concerning the knowledge copyright of the libraries is also briefly discussed in this paper.

Abstract:SWOT analysis is a classical analysis tool of competitive intelligence. The affect depends on whether all internal and external factors were analyzed. The construction of index system of SWOT analysis requires a lot of human resource. To resolve this issue, a method for computer aided index system establishment of SWOT analysis is proposed. This method can be automated extract and classify the key words. And the index system of SWOT analysis is generated by words classified information contained in words categories. In addition, the method can generate suggestions of indexes' weight according to the amount, frequency and timing of key words contained in their classes.

Abstract:Subject service develops rapidly in academic and special libraries.However,there are some difficulties in its practice,including its planning and design,establishment of its starting point,role of subject librarians,its systematization and coordination,and assessment of its performance.It is,therefore,necessary to find the measures for making breakthroughs in these difficulties from its management systems and operating mechanisms,with stress laid on the construction of subject librarian team.Subject librarians should provide their service step by step,which needs the powerful support of leaders and active cooperation of other departments.Incorporation themselves into basic work is irreplaceable and satisfaction of readers is the key to the assessment of their performance.

Abstract:The original responsibilities of university library mainly focus on cultivating creative talents, scientific and technological innovation and knowledge discovery. The rapid development of new media application has brought unprecedented challenges to the traditional library information literacy education. Taking the library of Tianjin University as a case, this paper introduced the exploration and practice of subject service. In the face of multi-dimensional subject information needs and deep-seated knowledge service requirements in the digital scientific research environment, libraries should make use of their own advantages, take more methods to embed in the front line of scientific research, and provide a full range of subject services for teachers and students. At the same time, it also improves the level, ability and quality of subject services carried out by University Libraries in the new era.

Abstract:A strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (SWOT) analysis has become a key tool used by businesses for strategic planning. Scholars have conducted SWOT research for over six decades. However, a collective understanding of SWOT analysis remains vague. This study accessed, analyzed, and synthesized the SWOT literature, allowing for new theoretical perspectives and frameworks to emerge. Using an integrative literature review, this study reviewed SWOT studies historically, providing a greater understanding of the SWOT analysis in different sectors and the different approaches used in SWOT studies. Furthermore, it fills the knowledge gap in the strategic planning context and indicates meaningful implications for managers that could help improve their strategic decisions.
