Abstract:The ultimate purpose of the integration ofurban and rural public transportation is to set up aunified short distance passenger transportationsystem.For this end it is necessary to change thetraditional unilateralism and establish a unified andcentralized management system and a pattern ofmarket operation for the public transportation.
